When you have to do an oral hearing you want to ensure that you have a persuasive submission. The following tips will assist you in that endeavor:

Call the Worker's Advisor Office. They can give you advice and will represent you if need be.

Below is a sample letter to the WCB Review Division. You may find this helpful if you don't have an advocate.

You still have an avenue of appeal. Once you have the decision letter from the Review Division you have 30 days to appeal to the WCAT appeal process - which is independant of WCB.
