How to get assistance to pay for dental and eyewear for your children if you are lower income

Your family must be on premium assistance offered through the Medical Services Plan. To qualify your family net income will be $30,000 a year or below.

Once you are on premium assistance you will automatically qualify for the Healthy Kids Program which provides financial assistance for basic dental and prescription eyewear.
